Q + A

What to expect?

Expect an enjoyable and warm night surrounded by our close friends and family as we celebrate our wedding with everyone that means a lot to both of us.

What to wear?

Formal, Semi-Formal, Upscaled Casual, Modern Formal

Is there parking on location?

Yes. For the guests that will plan to drive on the day of the wedding, the venue has free parking on site.

Uber/Transportation options?

We will have an open bar during the reception. If you are planning to drink please be smart and do not drive. We can organize an Uber and other methods of transportation for you to get home safely after the event.

Gift Options?

Binhthy and I agreed that the best gift our guests can give us is your time to join us and come to our wedding day and share the special day with us, but monetary gifts are most welcome! We thank you in advance! Monetary gifts are very appreciated (but not necessary) and if you are planning to give us a gift in a monetary option, we will have a small envelope dropbox during the ceremony and reception.

Can I take pictures & videos during the wedding?

Yes. You can take pictures & videos during the RECEPTION and AFTER THE CEREMONY. We will be announcing that the ceremony is a "silent ceremony" and phones must be tucked away. We are hiring professional photographers & cinematographers to capture our day. There will be disposable film cameras during the reception dinner that anyone can use to capture moments. We will provide a shot list for you to act as a treasure hunt.

What kind of food will be served during dinner?

It will be a buffet style service. We have one of the best food caterers in Edmonton making sure the food is as diverse as our family's palettes.

Will there be time to take group family photos?

Yes. We have a luxury photobooth that will be coming at 3:00 PM that will be handling the family group photos. Everything will be organized by family and is mandatory before the ceremony so we can make sure we have photos with everyone.
